All orders are shipped out within 1-3 days, on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.
We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the items you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company.
When ordering items for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and any applicable taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. Such additional costs must be paid by the recipient.
